The Bar Book BETA is now available on the web!
After a year of planning, learning, and developing, The Bar Book is now available for users to begin creating accounts and BETA testing. The final touches are still under construction and the mobile version is almost here, but we can now share Version 1.0 with the world.
The Bar Book is a veteran-owned technology start-up centered around the alcohol industry. Our mobile application allows users to rate, review, and share their favorite drinks, while our algorithms identify products with similar flavor profiles.[1] Users will no longer have to randomly guess if they will like something, they can find products similar to what they already like. This levels the playing field between smaller distilleries/breweries and large corporations because we match flavors not brands.
Our BETA web version is still under construction, and we have not launched our flavor matching algorithms on the site, but we encourage users to look around, create a profile, and begin rating your favorite drinks. Take a look and let us know what you think.
